Mail Room & General Building Maintenance Associate Who We Are o5 group is an industry leader in global fashion & apparel design with 40years of success across wholesale, e-comm, and marketplace.We are privately held, HQ in NYC with brand offices in CA - a dynamic portfolio of global brands committed to operational excellence in design , product development, production, sourcing, distribution & logistics.With category expertise in full- collection menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, infant toddler; we specialize in denim, outerwear, activewear, loungewear/sleepwear, trusted by top About the Role The Mail Room & General Building Maintenance Associate supports daily operations by ensuring efficient mail distribution, well-stocked common areas, and a clean, safe, and organized workplace.This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional environment that reflects our brand standards while supporting the needs of a fast-paced apparel company.How You'll Contribute Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate outgoing shipments, courier services, and tracking Maintain organization and inventory of mailroom and shipping supplies Monitor, stock, and maintain kitchen supplies including beverages, snacks, paper goods, and cleaning items Manage building supply inventory (office supplies, janitorial items, paper products, etc.) and submit restock requests as needed Ensure kitchen and common areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout the day Perform light facility maintenance (minor repairs, furniture adjustments, replacing light bulbs, etc.) Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and internal events Coordinate with property management and external vendors for maintenance or service needs Support general operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day facility function What You Bring to the Team Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive, service-oriented mindset Ability to manage inventory and anticipate restocking needs Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks Ability to lift and move packages, supplies, or equipment as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join o5 group We offer:Competitive salary growth opportunities Health (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) company-paid life insurance PTO company holidays Commuter benefits Hybrid / flex work schedule A supportive, family-oriented culture focused on growth and collaboration Apply:jobs@o5group.com Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
