Mail System Operator

USA Staffing is currently recruiting for Mail Systems Operator located in Salt Lake City. These are temp to hire opportunities paying $17.00 hourly. Mail Systems Operator Ensures proper functionality of conveyor to the mail sorting system. Place orders in EMM trays and prepare for shipping. Place expedited orders into expedited envelopes for delivery. Review primary sort for ongoing activity changes. Complete mailroom audits for accuracy. Match multiple quantity orders and prepare for shipping. Ensure packages are labeled properly for delivery vendors and move Gaylords using hand jack for pallets upon arrival of shipping carrier into trailer for outgoing delivery. Moves pallets upon arrival of FedEx or other shipping carrier into trailer using hand jack for pallets for outgoing delivery. Generate and submit mail reports and paperwork. Work with management to identify and resolve delays in delivery issues and other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Mail Systems Operator Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling floor pallet jack. Required to work and stand for duration of a 12-hour shift. Shift 6a-6p with 2, 15-minute breaks and 1, 30-minute lunch all paid Rotating shift working every other weekend Apply for this great opportunity today!
