The Check Mailing Specialist is responsible for accurately preparing, stuffing, and mailing checks on a daily basis while meeting strict turnaround and accuracy requirements.Key Responsibilities Prepare and mail a high volume of checks each day Operate and troubleshoot check stuffing/mailing equipment Ensure a 24-hour turnaround for standard check mailings Handle occasional time-sensitive and overnight checks, including creating FedEx overnight labels and ensuring same-day shipment Manage daily volumes that may fluctuate, including higher activity at month-end Maintain accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal procedures Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:From $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
