About Us:We're a busy and modern office center located in Downtown Miami that provides mail and office services to hundreds of local and virtual clients.We're looking for a reliable and energetic Mailroom Clerk to join our team and help keep our mail operations running smoothly.About the Role:As a Mailroom Clerk, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, keeping everything organized and accurately updated in our digital system.This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and looking for a stable, long-term role with room to grow.Main Responsibilities:Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and packages Log mail items into our digital mailbox system Process client requests -- scanning, forwarding, or securely shredding mail as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional way What We're Looking For:Dynamic, and motivated team player Comfortable using computers and office software Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Previous experience in an office or mailroom is a plus (but not required) If you're looking to join a growing company and want a hands-on position where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you!
