Employment Benefits:Refer a friend and be eligible to collect up to $500 Gym membership reimbursement plan Annual Physical cost reimbursement plan 401K Savings Opportunity Vacation time and sick time.Paid Holidays Verizon Discount Plans BJs Discount Plans FILA Shoes Discount Plans Job Summary:Collect and remove all rubbish from the building and the grounds daily.Make minor repairs, replace light bulbs and report any major repairs or problems on a daily basis to the supervisor Perform landscape work, such as mowing the lawn, weeding, planting, and removal of snow, according to instruction of the Plant Supervisor.Be responsible for the use, return, and care of tools used which have been supplied by the company.Assist the Plant Supervisor with any projects or repairs which require assistance.Document work that is performed.Works scheduled days, including rotating weekends.Qualifications:EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent.TRAINING AND Experience:No experience is necessary but is desirable.On-the-job training will be provided.Equal Opportunity Employer:MFDV.
