Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks.This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, and complete small carpentry/plumbing/electrical repairs.Duties Perform routine maintenance and small repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Monitor heating and cooling units and change filters on a routine basis.Perform water temperature tests routinely.Check fire safety equipment monthly.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.If you are passionate about maintaining high standards of facility operations and have the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
