Job SummaryMaintenance Crew Lead What good looks like Your route runs on time with minimal windshield time and no chaos.Quality is consistent, a customer can tell it's Superior without being told.Your truck, trailer, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready every morning.You coach your apprentice/tech daily, not just when something goes wrong.Problems get communicated early with solutions, not surprises at 4:30 pm.Key responsibilities Lead a 2-person crew through mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, bed care, pruning, cleanups, and seasonal work.Run a short morning huddle (safety, plan for the day, quality focus).Execute the day's schedule efficiently, protect drive time, and keep the crew moving.Be the on-site point of contact, communicate professionally with customers.Identify enhancement opportunities and report them for quoting.Equipment care:daily inspections, safe operation, report issues immediately.Daily reporting:accurate time, notes, issues, damages, and anything that could create a callback.Standards and expectations Safety:PPE used correctly, zero shortcuts, near misses get reported.Quality:no missed edges, no sloppy blow-off, beds look intentional, gates closed, property respected.Efficiency:you protect pace without sacrificing quality (no standing around, no rework).Leadership:clear direction, calm tone, no blaming, you own the outcome.Reliability:shows up ready, leads by example, protects company reputation.Requirements Maintenance experience, truck and trailer driving competence, strong equipment habits.Leadership mindset, can train and hold a standard.Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).Maintenance Technician / Apprentice (2 openings) You learn fast, take feedback well, and don't repeat the same mistake twice.You leave properties cleaner than you found them.You treat equipment like it's yours.Key responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, and basic landscape tasks as assigned.Follow crew lead direction, ask questions when unclear, communicate issues immediately.Maintain jobsite cleanliness, protect customer property, and follow safety rules.Equipment care:daily checks, cleaning, fueling, proper storage.Progress through training and skill milestones (Greenius plus in-field sign-offs).Standards and expectations Safety first, PPE always, safe equipment operation.Quality details matter, especially edges, cleanup, and bed lines.Reliability:attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.Coachable attitude, growth mindset, team-first behavior.Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, lift 50 lbs, strong work ethic.Experience is a plus, we will train the right person.Pay:$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
