Job Description
Kitchen Equipment Repair: Diagnose and fix hot-side gear like commercial fryers, grills, ovens, and warmers. Refrigeration & Cold-Side: Maintain and troubleshoot walk-in coolers, freezers, ice makers, and beverage systems. HVAC Systems: Inspect units, clean coils, and replace air filters to regulate climate and ventilation. Preventative Maintenance: Run scheduled inspection checklists to extend machine lifespans and cut downtime. Plumbing & Electrical: Repair leaky pipes, clear clogged drains, swap light fixtures, and resolve minor electrical wiring issues. Facility Upkeep: Handle minor carpentry, tile fixes, drywall patches, painting, and structural lock/hinge repairs. Emergency Response: Provide on-call emergency support for immediate mechanical issues during off-hours or weekends.
