Residence Inn Houston/The Woodlands seeks a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support reliable, safe, and comfortable operations in our extended-stay hotel. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and life-safety equipment. You’ll respond quickly to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and uphold Marriott brand standards. The position works closely with a collaborative, guest-focused team to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for long-term and short-term guests.
