Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Handyman to support our construction group and the properties we manage. You’ll help maintain the safety, functionality, and overall condition of our commercial properties through hands‑on work including plumbing, roofing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. You’ll work closely with our Service Coordinator, who assigns daily tasks, manages your schedule, and serves as the liaison with tenants. This lets you stay focused on the work while we handle communication and logistics. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Your technical skills and problem‑solving mindset will help us keep our properties in excellent condition. Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and building structures. Execute commercial painting projects and other finishing tasks to maintain property aesthetics. Manage maintenance requests efficiently using Property Meld. Complete small-scale projects, ensuring safety standards and quality control are met. Maintain high tenant satisfaction Complete all assigned service requests effectively and efficiently Communicate with our Service Coordinator directly Requirements Have handyman experience : proven experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, or related roles. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration. Be comfortable working at heights & lifting up to 50 lbs Be skilled in at least 3 of the following : Roof repair & maintenance General plumbing & electrical (within legal limits) Drywall installation & repair Flooring installation & refinishing Carpentry Painting (interior & exterior) Bathroom & kitchen repairs Bilingual, English, Spanish, etc. (preferred) HVAC certified (preferred) Apply if: You enjoy hands‑on maintenance work across multiple trades — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more You’re comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day and keeping pace with a busy property portfolio You prefer consistent, ongoing projects and a dependable workload You appreciate having steady assignments and a full schedule without chasing leads Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
