Storage Master is looking for a full-time, energetic Janitorial worker who takes pride in their work.We are looking to hire a qualified applicant immediately to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.On call availability is a plus in the rare event that an emergency arises.Must be dependable and trustworthy.Able to work with little direction.Capable of maintaining a clean and safe environment while completing all tasks.Our facility is highly favored by our customers, and friends alike.We want to keep that perspective.You are a great asset to keeping our customers happy and maintaining such a wonderful atmosphere.Job duties will include, but are not limited to:keeping empty units tidy, keep grounds clean of debris, sweep/mop/shine floor throughout facility to include office areas, light dusting of blinds and window sills as needed, keep trash can/shredders emptied daily, maintain restrooms by cleaning/sanitizing throughout each day and replenish supplies as needed, keep facility sanitized and smelling fresh, change air filters, replace light bulbs, cut locks when necessary, spray pesticides upon each tenant move-out, wash windows and dusting unit doors throughout the facility, trim hedges, blow/ rake leaves, trim/ spray weeds and pressure wash areas as needed, and make small repairs when the need arises.Must be able to rotate between our 2 facilities in Dothan, AL.If you meet the qualifications below and are genuinely interested in the possibility of a long-term position doing this type of work, please STOP BY 353 W.Inez Road to fill out an application.Bring a copy of your resume.Must have Valid Driver License Must have your own transportation Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.Must have physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks to include standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time Maintenance experience required and janitorial experience desired References required Drug Free Work Place Quality of work and dependability speaks volumes for future raises.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $14.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
