Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform maintenance duties. Install equipment. Repair structures, windows, doors, equipment, and furnishings. Take the initiative to perform routine responsibilities independently. Keep the Facilities Manager informed about ongoing activities/emerging issues. Advance the district's professional image. Maintain open/effective communications. Use problem-solving techniques to tactfully address and resolve questions/concerns. Comply with safety and environmental regulations. Assist with snow removal operations as directed. Perform routine preventive maintenance activities (e.g., lubricates moving parts, replaces filters, cleans equipment, adjusts/replaces belts, changes oil, prepares items for storage, etc.). Pick-up and deliver equipment, materials, and other supplies as directed. Take the appropriate action to protect district property. Ensure that assigned buildings and job sites are secured at the end of the day. Respond to emergencies as
