Compensation $93,000 – $104,000 per year (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and additional coverage options Location Oak Creek, Wisconsin – Join a growing operation in a modern, advanced facility Schedule Continental 12-hour shift pattern Structured rotations with extended time off Why this role stands out Lead maintenance operations in a highly automated, advanced production environment Make a measurable impact by reducing downtime and improving equipment efficiency Drive innovation through TPM, RCM, and Lean maintenance strategies Develop and mentor a skilled team of 12–15 technicians Collaborate across departments to support plant-wide operational excellence What you’ll do Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs Execute and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Monitor and improve key KPIs such as uptime, MTBF, and MTTR Oversee electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems, including high-speed packaging lines Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues with speed and accuracy Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for specialized maintenance activities What you bring Technical expertise Strong experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems Knowledge of TPM, RCM, RCFA, and preventive maintenance optimization Hands-on skills Deep understanding of rotating equipment, pneumatics, and diagnostics Experience with motors, control systems, VFDs, and PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) Exposure to industrial robotics (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or similar) is a plus Leadership Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience using CMMS systems to drive maintenance performance Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience 2+ years in a leadership role Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems Working Environment Combination of plant floor and office-based responsibilities Exposure to industrial conditions including noise, temperature variation, and machinery Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces Your impact In this role, you will not only maintain equipment—you will elevate maintenance as a strategic driver of production success.
