The Maintenance Manager will coordinate and direct the daily duties and functions of all maintenance departments and shifts in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This position will lead and mentor supervisors to achieve department goals. This position will also collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations leadership to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify, and establish preventative maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicle (PIV) needs, to support the manufacturing and distribution processes. Responsibilities: Equipment and Facility Maintenance Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades Manage maintenance scheduling to minimize production disruptions
