Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Taubensee Steel & Wire's Henderson, KY location. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient leadership and execution of the maintenance program for the Henderson, KY facility. This role requires proactive management to minimize downtime and improve overall operational efficiency while promoting safety and continuous improvement in all areas. RESPONSIBILITIES In conjunction with the GM and EHS Manager, responsible for making safety a #1 priority within the maintenance function. Responsible for maintenance programs, internally and externally resourced. Responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of all machine capabilities. Responsible for minimizing downtime to assist with customer attainment. Responsible for timely and accurate communication of all maintenance activities or issues impacting operations. Perform root cause analysis and develop strategies to minimize recurrence through preventive and predictive maintenance.
