About the Role: The Maintenance Manager Area 1 is responsible for overseeing and directing all maintenance activities related to elevator systems within the designated geographic area. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned area. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Certification in elevator maintenance or related technical certifications. Experience with project management software and tools. Familiarity with local and national elevator safety regulations and compliance standards. Previous experience managing multiple teams or departments in a construction or facilities management environment. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the maintenance department team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and quality standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for elevator and routine servicing to optimize operational efficiency and safety. Prioritize projects based on urgency, resource availability, and impact on overall operations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety codes and industry standards.
