Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of all maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high performance. Implement and maintain a robust CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track assets, work orders, and maintenance history. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
