Job Description
Maintenance Associate- 2nd Shift (5pm to 1:30am) Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing systems, as well as electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.Essential Job Functions Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to reduce downtime Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and replace worn, damaged, or broken parts, wires, and cables Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty electronic components, including printed circuit boards Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connect cables and wires between machines and equipment Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and sensing devices Replace electric motor bearings and rewire motors Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Assemble and weld carts, workstations, racks, and other required components as needed Document all maintenance, repair, and replacement activities in the ticket system, including status updates and repair specifics Notify lead or supervisor of required parts and tools needed to complete assignments Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities Skills, Experience, and Training Required High school diploma or GED One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven knowledge of electrical systems Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions Interested candidates may apply by sending an update resume to this ad.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$34.00 - $39.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
