What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair specialized machinery used in the juice and winery industries, including Juice Evaporators, Chillers, Pasteurizers, and filling machines. Proactively identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Complete daily written tasks and repair assignments with precision and attention to detail. Work safely and adhere to Company Food Safety Rules to ensure product quality and compliance. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts, and articulation lifts. What You Bring Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of industrial plant operations. Experience working with high-tech equipment in the juice or beverage industry is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors in a collaborative, non-confrontational manner. High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or college coursework in Maintenance is preferred. Bilingual skills (English required; Spanish helpful) and strong math skills are a bonus.
