If so, Summary: Assists the Maintenance Management Team with inspection, evaluation, and improvement process of bakery equipment. Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Acquires knowledge of Martins equipment and processes through working with maintenance team members on the production floor. Assist Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Planner with project management duties including but not limited to evaluating equipment, soliciting quotes, meeting with vendors, reviewing proposals and evaluating options, preparing project approval packets, creating purchase orders, scheduling work, project oversight, preparing regular communications of projects underway, punch list evaluation of completed work, communication to team members. Assists in the development of a PLC and plant controls systems upgrade project. Works cooperatively with PLC Technicians to understand equipment function, gathering of data including locations and counts, preparing upgrade documents with costs and parts timelines, preparing PowerPoint and Word documents for fund allocation. With direction of Maintenance Managers assists with vibration analysis initiatives on select equipment.
