Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities Check and Balance Pool Chemicals (Can be trained after hiring ) Must be able to Mow yard Must be able to transport Linen to different buildings including from second floor as well Must keep yard clean and inviting Must work on daily maintenance list Requirements Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Customer service orientation with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
