About the Role:We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Superintendent to join our team for a residential property in Brooklyn, NY.The ideal candidate is experienced in general building maintenance, is proactive with repairs, and takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.) Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas and building grounds Oversee garbage removal and recycling schedules Monitor building systems and report major issues Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Qualifications:2years of experience in property maintenance or as a building superintendent Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.On-call availability for emergencies (nights/weekends) Must have Driver's License Preferred:Experience working in NYC multi-family properties Schedule:Full-time Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call weekends or evenings as needed Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting your maintenance experience.We look forward to hearing from you!
