Maintenance Supervisor Location: Knoxville, TN Company Overview: We are a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents.We are excited to announce the opening of a new multi-family apartment community in Concord, NC, and we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Position Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance at our new multi-family apartment community during and after lease-up phase.This includes supervising maintenance staff, performing and coordinating repairs, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and in compliance with all safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise 1 maintenance technicians (in the future), including hiring, training, and performance management Schedule and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Respond to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours calls Assist with budget planning and management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in maintenance or a related field is a plus Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in multi-family housing Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and property management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within the company If you are a motivated and experienced maintenance professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Diamond Realty.Join us in creating a vibrant and welcoming community for our residents!
