About the role This is a supervisory position that will directly and indirectly supervise individuals, building staff, operations, and coordinate across the facilities organization at a speci?c location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Maintenance Supervisor drives implementation of company best practices in alignment with client goals and objectives to deliver a well-managed and maintained building. The Maintenance Supervisors responsibility is to maintain a luxurious appearance of each community while providing excellent customer service and repairing and executing resident service requests. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety relating to service requests and upkeep of our multi-family properties. The Maintenance Supervisor is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
