As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll contribute directly to the operational strength of a growing global organization while supporting the equipment and systems that keep our production running at its best Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of plant level maintenance activities Proven ability to lead a team, instill accountability and manage performance based on key metrics Proven ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas, and handbooks Working knowledge of the principles of electricity, hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding and fabrication Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, ladder logic, and industrial controls Experience with CMMS and BAS systems Demonstrated effective communication skills, effective supervisory skills and strong customer service Ability to lift, twist and work in sitting, squatting, standing and elevated positions for extended periods of time Minimum of 4 years of increasingly responsible roles in industrial maintenance, including successful experience in supervision and management Proficient computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc) High school or equivalent (Required) Benefits Monday to Friday First Shift role.
