Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Directs the maintenance and repair of processing equipment, mobile equipment buildings and grounds in a safe and efficient manner. Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.
