Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina Condo Association. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our beachfront property, marina, and facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, has excellent written and oral communication skills and is experienced in managing a wide range of maintenance systems in a coastal/marine environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations for resort buildings, grounds, and marina facilities Manage and supervise maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, building structure, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies and owner service requests Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing Work closely with management to plan and execute capital improvement projects Maintain the overall aesthetic and operational standards of the property Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance management experience (resort, hotel, or marina preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction Experience working in coastal or marine environments is a plus Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay(based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off Opportunity to work in a premier beachfront location How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
