We are looking for relational and driven Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors to join our active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Western Washington. Maintenance Technicians will work with the site team to carry out the daily maintenance needs of the community while building rapport with residents and team members. Maintenance Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring the community is in good working condition and meets company standards while leading the on-site maintenance team. This role oversees daily repairs, service requests, unit turns and preventable maintenance while building strong positive relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team. Locations in Western Washington: Affinity at Bellingham, Affinity at Burlington, Affinity at Arlington, Affinity at Covington, Affinity at Puyallup, Affinity at Lacey, Affinity at Olympia, Affinity at Vancouver.
