Job Description
Rochester, IN | Direct Hire | Multiple Shifts Available 1st/ Day shift-Monday-Thursday-5:30am-6:00pm 2nd/ Night shift-Monday-Thursday-5:30pm-6:00am 1st/ Day shift Weekend -Fri, Sat, Sun-5:30am-6:00pm 2nd/ Nigh shift Weekend -Fri, Sat, Sun-5:30pm-6:00 am In this role you will oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems. You’ll supervise and train team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Education & Experience Completed a High School Diploma or GED. Possess a minimum of 3 years in a lead or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Requirements Skills & Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Ability to operate and troubleshoot facility systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work independently or in a team. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Work in office, factory, and stockroom environments. Regular standing, walking, reaching, and lifting (up to 35 lbs.; occasionally 50+ lbs.). Essential Functions Plan, organize, and oversee department schedules and tasks. Ensure compliance with lock-out/tag-out and safety procedures. Train and supervise team members on maintenance practices. Monitor production and plant utilities for efficiency. Ensure completion of daily preventive maintenance sheets.
