Job Description
Small rental property maintenance company looking for maintenance tech with minimum 2 years experience in residential HVAC and plumbing. We offer a great learning environment. Must have EPA certification. Must have own hand tools. We provide a van to use for service calls. No on-call. No evenings or weekends unless you want them. We are looking for someone that wants to be with us for a long time. Health insurance and 401(k) offered after 90 days. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
