Your primary responsibility will be maintaining, repairing industrial converting, and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Maintain and optimize equipment performance Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work Use maintenance software programs effectively Train other maintenance staff Ensure quality control and maximize equipment utilization Complete required paperwork accurately and on time Maintain good housekeeping in work areas Comply with all company policies and procedures Qualifications Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Corrugated industry High school diploma or GED Personal tools necessary for maintenance tasks Preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handl
