Maintenance Technician I (2nd & 3rd Shift) Pay: 2nd Shift: $29.75 - $35.75/hour 3rd Shift: $32.00 - $38.00/hour Job Type: Full-time Shift: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failure occurs Repair and maintain facility systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing Use work order systems to track and complete maintenance tasks Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects Follow all safety procedures and proactively address unsafe conditions Qualifications 1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks (lubrication, inspection, adjustments) Basic blueprint reading skills Working knowledge of electrical systems (single and three phase) Basic plumbing and fabrication skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Welding and machining experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements
