Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description Main Tasks Perform major mechanical and electrical repair on equipment and facilities Be able to work within a team environment as well as independently Follow departmental procedures Understand computer based essentials on utilized maintenance software Utilize trouble shooting techniques and root cause analysis to determine the corrective action Planning and scheduling skills to plan and complete assigned work Rebuild and refurbishment of equipment parts and sub-assembly Experience Experience in the trade of mechanical repair with an electrical background or experience in the trade of an electrician with a strong mechanical background with knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics Industrial manufacturing experience Knowledge/experience with all level shop tools and automated equipment. High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills/Experience: Successful completion of an apprenticeship where you earned a journeyman’s card 8 years of experience in one dedicated craft or multi-craft position.
