OverviewAggie's Country Living is a smaller facility with a total of 11 rooms.Our residents are all elderly and we also have residents who have early onset Dementia to end stage Dementia.Aggie's is a fun place to work with amazing residents, families and staff.We pride ourselves in giving the very best care to our residents.We are currently looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician.Must be dependable, flexible, and enjoy working with the elderly.Hours can range from 5-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.Responsibilities Maintain the building and keep the grounds in good repair, including exterior structures, sidewalks, and parking areas.Ensure the facility is free from hazards and complies with safety regulations.Perform minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Safe storage of cleaning chemicals, polishes, and other potentially hazardous substances.Communicating effectively with residents and staff.Familiarity with basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.Ability to identify and address maintenance issues effectively.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.Maintain the yard and any landscaping needs.Notify management of any supplies needed.Ensure compliance with DHS 83 documentation.Completing monthly hot water temperatures and documentation.Any other maintenance related items that may occur.Pay:From $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
