Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay:$27.25/hr Type:Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Amer Technology is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation.This role supports highly automated production and test equipment in a clean, modern facility.? Responsibilities Respond immediately to equipment and process issues to reduce downtime Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and build test equipment, tools, and machines Improve equipment performance and automation processes Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and routine inspections Monitor equipment performance and drive uptime improvements Use CMMS/TPM systems to track work orders and maintenance activities ? Qualifications Strong commitment to safety (LOTO, electrical safety codes, PPE) Technologist certification or 2years maintaining automated test equipment Hands-on, methodical troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience with TPM and/or CMMS systems Knowledge of Ladder Logic and PLC troubleshooting Comfortable working in a team environment and learning new technologies ?
