Maintenance Technician Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and nearly 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.We are looking for future associates who can live out our cultural values which we call our 3 Biggies.We treat people the way we want to be treated We do the right thing ESPECIALLY when no one is looking We ask for help when we need it Maintenance Technician Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based in the Kansas City, KS area, but will also occasionally service the other properties in our Central Region (KCK, Piper, Shawnee, Mission, KS).The responsibilities of the position will include resolving service tickets generated by our residents and performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties.In addition, the Maintenance Technician will complete make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager or the Community Manager.Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day maintenance of the properties.Successful candidates will be responsible to provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
