Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a student housing project in Downtown San Jose.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in basic maintenace work, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and facilities.This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.Duties Perform routine maintenance on residential units.Wall and drywall repair.Assist in residential painting tasks as required to maintain property aesthetics.Light maintenance on household appliances.Experience 1 year in multifamily housing preferred.Experience with welding techniques is a plus.Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.Join us as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!
