What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monthly bonus opportunities Annual performance increases Paid holidays Generous PTO: 0–4 years: 120 hours, 5+ years: 160 hours Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable company with supportive leadership Key Responsibilities Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation Monitor and maintain maintenance inventory and supplies Follow all safety policies and company procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred HVAC experience required EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems Ability to participate in an on-call rotation Must have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Brookside?
