The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Qualifications Maintenance Experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Knowledge of property management systems and processes Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment. Preferred Qualifications HVAC Certified Proven 1 year of HVAC experience Compensation* $20 - $23 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
