Job Description
About The Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: Undertakes routine maintenance and servicing of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Supports in the setup and alteration of building machinery and structures. Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to supervise completion. Supports energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws and impacts team through defined duties, methods and tasks. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
