We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team.The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.This position involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all systems are functioning effectively.The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and the ability to work with programmable logic controllers.A commitment to customer service and leadership skills will be essential in this role.Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.Utilize programmable logic controllers for system diagnostics and repairs.Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.Oversee facilities maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Engage in residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and residents.Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership on projects.Qualifications MUST HAVE 5years of electrical, PLC, hydraulics and pneumatics experience.Proven experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing or facilities environments.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.Familiarity with ohmmeters is a plus.Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.Experience in welding techniques preferred but not mandatory.Previous supervisory experience is advantageous for leading a team effectively.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.A strong focus on customer service to ensure satisfaction among residents and staff members.This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.If you are passionate about maintenance work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this vital role within our organization.3rd shift but will train on 1st shift for approximately 1 month.#RESOURCES Pay:$28.00 - $36.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
