Job Description
Job Summary The Georgetown Inn is seeking a dependable temporary, part-time Handyman / Maintenance Technician to assist with general hotel maintenance and repairs. This position is seasonal, approximately 20 hours per week and includes on-call responsibilities and some weekend availability. Duties Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting Plumbing repairs and maintenance General building and room repairs Painting, patching, and light carpentry Preventative maintenance tasks Assisting with property upkeep and general labor projects Exterior maintenance and landscaping Janitorial duties Responding to urgent maintenance issues as needed Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Ability to Commute: Seattle, WA 98108 (Required) Work Location: In person
