Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsible for assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall replacement/repair,mechanical, and all related systems including appliance repair and HVAC systems. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $33,280.00 /year Major Responsibilities Report to Property Manager and pick up service requests Inspect, diagnose, and determine materials and parts required towards the completion of each service request Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned and update property manager accordingly Complete the make ready or move in process of vacant apartments Determine and complete special projects as outlined by the property manager Assist with inventory control and cost containment Maintain the shops in a clean and organized manner Required Experience Maintenance Technician: 1 year Back Apply Now
