Maintenance Technician Locations: North Central Village Apartments (Columbus, OH) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am– 5pm with on-call rotation (includes a $100 on-call bonus ) Pay: $27–$29/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives What You’ll Do Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care Jump into action during on-call rotations to handle urgent needs What You Bring 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience Strong turnover and general repair abilities HVAC experience required Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds Friendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciate Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency Comfortable using smartphones and basic tech Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools Perks & Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, FSAs, and generous PTO and holidays 401(k) with a generous company match Mileage reimbursement, work boot reimbursement & company uniforms Award-winning training through Towne University, including EPA and CAM-T® certification opportunities Employee Assistance Programs to support your well-being Family-owned stability with a long history of career growth Proud Energage Top Workplace 2018–2025 Apply today and build your future with Towne Properties!
