See what makes us a great place to work: Great Place to Work Certified Your Opportunity: Maintenance Technician III We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to lead and mentor our on-site maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge who ensures our properties remain in top condition and our residents receive outstanding service. What You’ll Be Doing Lead daily maintenance operations and assign work tasks to the team. Perform advanced repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and complex repair projects. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards. Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering professional growth. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with all codes and policies. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of advanced property maintenance experience. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred. HVAC and EPA Universal Certification required. Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Valid driver’s license.
