Expertly prepare vacant units for new residents with your skilled make ready abilities. Maintain and enhance the appearance of our grounds and common areas to ensure they are welcoming. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. Stay updated and proficient in the latest mechanical operations and maintenance best practices. Maintain a steadfast focus on safety at all times.Qualifications: A minimum of one year of experience in maintenance work. Possession of relevant industry certifications or licenses is highly desirable. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various local properties. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of responsive follow-up. Availability for occasional weekend work and after-hours emergencies as needed.Ideal Candidate Attributes: Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a resident-first approach. Strong organizational skills and adept at managing multiple priorities. Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements: Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and perform lifting as needed.
