Facilities and Maintenance Technician Full Time Resort Management Group is seeking full-time skilled/unskilled maintenance techs that enjoy working on a variety of tasks and projects on properties throughout the county.Must reside in Grand County, CO, pass background check, and have a clean driving record, paid personal leave days, time and on major holidays, flexible schedule.Swing/evening shift available.Send your resumes to hr@rmgwest.com.OR pick up application package at RMG at the Granby Business Center 62543 US-40, Granby CO Unit E.Pay:make up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience, skill level, contribution, attitude, and work ethic.Work Location:Winter Park/Granby Responsibilities Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Service in-unit hot tubs and various in-unit guest requests and tasks as assigned Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform various landscaping tasks as assigned Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g.snow and ice mitigation, landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) Skills Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Application Question(s):Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Granby, CO 80446 for this job?
