Inspect and maintain electrical pedestals, water/sewer hookups, and site utilities at RV pads. Complete routine and reactive maintenance across restrooms, laundry facilities, bath houses, pool area, camp store, and office. Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Assist with pool maintenance and water chemistry checks (CPO license a plus — we'll help you get certified if not). Handle minor plumbing, HVAC filter changes, lighting, and general repair work across property structures. Operate property vehicles and equipment including mowers, utility carts, and hand tools. Support seasonal projects: painting, pressure washing, playground upkeep, road and drainage maintenance. Report facility issues to GM and assist in prioritizing work orders. What We Offer $35,000 – $45,000 per year depending on experience. On-property housing available (negotiable for the right candidate). Health benefit via $300/month ICHRA — apply toward your own individual-market plan. 2% 401(k) match. PTO starting at 10 days year 1. KOA employee discount program. Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — this role involves independent daily task management. Weekend availability required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with campground, RV park, hotel, or outdoor hospitality facilities. Basic plumbing, electrical, or HVAC knowledge.
