What You'll Do: Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.). Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care, Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly, Help maintain excellent curb appeal : remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more.
