Job Description
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Monitor and maintain building systems such as boilers, chillers, elevators, and emergency systems. Work with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs. Keep maintenance logs and documentation up to date. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other seasonal tasks as needed.
